We are pleased to announce the recent success of our Litigation & Alternative Dispute Resolution team in representing a market-leading multinational-finance company in a financial dispute through a dispute settlement mechanism introduced by the Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK).

The case’s complexity that touches various fields and discipline such as financial products, financial institutions, securities/collaterals, as well as different dispute settlement venues in Indonesia, including the court-sanction suspension of payment process (PKPU), requires a deep understanding in the respective fields. The team’s success shows the ability of the firm in assisting the client to navigate through complex disputes in an efficient manner.
