Aryo Pradhana Putrasatriyo

Aryo joined PSHP Adrem Law in 2026 and graduated from New York University School of Law in 2025. Prior to joining PSHP Adrem Law, Aryo served as a head of legal at a private university in Bandung where he was responsible to day-to-day and strategic legal operations, including on employment and structuring.

Before pursuing his graduate degree in New York University, he was an associate at Adrem Law Firm (prior to merging into PSHP Adrem Law) where he worked on a wide array of commercial transactions and personal data protection matters, including on startup fundraisings and corporate governance issues. Aryo has strong exposure in various industries, such as startups, food & beverage, automotive, fisheries & aquaculture, and education. His work supports clients throughout the whole life cycle, from their establishment and structuring to their financing rounds and subsequent post-closing matters.
