Cessie Hillia Debora

Cessie obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from Universitas Diponegoro in 2024, where she was awarded as the 1st Most Outstanding Student and graduated cum laude. She has a strong focus on corporate matters, particularly on M&A, venture capital investments, corporate restructuring, and financing/fundraising transactions.

She regularly supports clients throughout the full lifecycle of transactions, from structuring and negotiations to execution and post-closing matters. Her experience spans advising global corporations, private equity firms, startups, and Indonesian companies across various industries, including technology, education, F&B, healthcare, as well as e-commerce/platforms.

Cessie takes a thoughtful and practical approach, working closely with clients to navigate legal and regulatory issues in a clear and workable manner. She brings a solid understanding of market practice and transaction dynamics, allowing her to provide advice that is aligned with clients’ business needs.
