Dovy Brilliant Hanoto

Dovy Brilliant Hanoto leads the Employment practice and co-heads the Dispute practice at PSHP Adrem Law. With more than 20 years of experience, he has built a strong reputation advising clients in the manufacturing, trade, aviation, employment, and competition sectors.

He has extensive experience advising both domestic and offshore entities operating in various sectors, including aviation, financial services and manufacturing. His dispute practice extends across an array of procedures, representing clients in civil and criminal disputes before courts and agencies in Indonesia, as well as commercial disputes before arbitral tribunals.

When providing legal advice and solutions to his clients, he is known to be comprehensive and combines his extensive legal knowledge and experience with, not only the needs of the client, but also takes into account relevant business environment and trends.

Prior to joining PSHP Adrem Law as a Partner, Dovy was with a prominent foreign affiliated law firm in Jakarta and prior to that he served as a Senior Manager in the Legal Department for one of Indonesia’s biggest aviation companies.

Dovy is an active member of the Indonesian Air Law Society (Masyarakat Hukum Udara). Currently, he leads the Navigation Law Division of the organization. Dovy is registered as a member of the Indonesian Bar Association (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia – PERADI) and a certified data protection officer of the Indonesia Data Protection Practitioners Association (Asosiasi Profesional Privasi Data Indonesia – APPDI).
