Einar Fausta Hertianto

Fausta has been advising on both domestic and cross-border transactions, including foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and financing arrangements.

Fausta played a significant role in supporting our landmark infrastructure and energy projects through drafting and negotiating engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contracts, as well as other commercial agreements. He also regularly advises clients on project development, regulatory compliance, and contractual structuring across various stages of a project lifecycle.

Fausta graduated from Parahyangan Catholic University (UNPAR) in 2020. During his studies, he represented UNPAR at the Phillip C. Jessup International Law Moot Competition in the US and the Willem C. Vis East International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Hong Kong, where his team won the Best Memorandum award at the Willem C. Vis competition.

Over the past five years, he advises multinational companies and foreign investors from various industries, such as oil and gas, power, natural resources, renewable resources, project financing, construction, pharmaceutical, aviation, shipping, trading, etc.
