Ellrico Parulian Situmorang, Managing Partner of PSHP Adrem Law and head of its Dispute practice, brings over 20 years of experience in commercial litigation, arbitration, white collar, and restructuring/bankruptcy.

Named to Asian Legal Business’ “Indonesia’s Rising Star Lawyer” in 2020 and “Litigators of Asia” in 2024, Ellrico is known as the “go-to lawyer” for corporate and debt restructuring, with extensive experience representing clients in BANI, ICC, and SIAC arbitrations. As an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration (CIArb), he maintains a global network of arbitration professionals and is registered as a legal consultant with the Indonesian Financial Services Authority.
