Aditya brings a strong multidisciplinary background and extensive transactional experience to the firm. He advises clients across a broad spectrum of sectors and matters, including power, energy, project development, project financing, mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, and debt restructuring.

Aditya has a proven track record in complex project finance mandates and has been actively involved in advising lenders, sponsors, and project companies on the structuring, negotiation, and execution of major infrastructure and energy projects. His experience also extends to debt restructuring, where he assists both creditors and borrowers in navigating refinancing strategies, restructuring frameworks, and workout processes. His portfolio reflects a wide range of domestic and international engagements, representing private and state owned enterprises, financial institutions, off takers, and government entities.

Aditya’s work encompasses the full advisory spectrum from conducting comprehensive legal research and preparing precise legal memoranda to drafting and negotiating project development agreements, financing documents, and commercial contracts with accuracy and strategic insight.
