Reyhan Rivelino

Reyhan is an associate at PSHP Adrem Law specializing in dispute resolution, with a strong focus on commercial litigation. Since joining PSHP Adrem Law, he has successfully managed various litigation cases, assisting both individual and corporate clients through complex and high-value legal conflicts across various industries including aviation, retail & consumer.

At PSHP Adrem Law, his responsibilities cover the full spectrum of litigation, from the pre-litigation phase through to appeals and cassation. He plays an integral role in drafting essential litigation documents, including warning letters, lawsuits, responses, rejoinders, and joinders; collecting and presenting evidence; preparing witnesses for trial; and formulating legal conclusions. During the post-trial phase, he is actively involved in preparing appeal memorials, contra-appeal memorials, cassation memorials, and contra-cassation memorials.

His daily duties require strong legal writing, research, and case strategy abilities, alongside effective coordination with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials. While commercial litigation is his primary area of expertise, he has also contributed to several criminal cases.

He approaches each case with meticulous attention to detail, clear communication, and a focus on delivering practical, results-driven solutions for clients.
