Sebastian Sormin

Sebastian graduated cum laude from Universitas Indonesia in 2022. Prior to joining the firm, Sebastian gained experience at several law firms with international affiliations, where he was involved in a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions, as well as advising clients on intellectual property matters.

Sebastian possesses strong expertise in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), general corporate matters, and intellectual property. Since joining PSHP Adrem Law (formerly Adrem Law Firm), he has played a key role in numerous transactions, including equity fundraising, asset acquisitions, and the acquisition and registration of intellectual property rights) in various industries, such as startups, healthcare, food & beverage, e-commerce and media.
