Tania Faramutia

Tania has accumulated over eleven (11) years of experience at reputable law firms before joining PSHP Adrem. She has extensive experience handling general corporate affairs, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investments, restructuring, mining and natural resources, technology-related transactions, state-owned entity corporate affairs and projects, as well as fundraising. In addition, she has significant experience in project financing, land issues, and energy and construction matters, including involvement in one of the largest solar panel financing projects in Indonesia and Southeast Asia, and in advising on land and construction issues relating to greenfield solar panel developments.

She is currently seconded to Sembcorp Energy, a Singapore-based renewable energy company, where she has been serving since November 2025.

She holds two degrees: a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland, New Zealand, and a Bachelor of Laws (Cum Laude) from the University of Indonesia, which she completed in just three years. She also holds PERADI and ICLA certifications. Tania is recognized as one of the Indonesian Rising Stars 2024 by Thomson Reuters Asian Legal Business and is featured on Hukumonline NeXGen Lawyers 2023.
