Yuni Amanda Putri
Putri is an associate at PSHP Adrem Law with a well-rounded practice encompassing both litigation and corporate advisory matters. She has advised and represented corporations and individuals across a range of industries, including mining, aviation, hospitality, manufacturing, and energy. Her practice includes complex dispute resolution, strategic consultation in negotiations and mediations, and representation before the relevant courts and authorities in civil, criminal, competition, employment, and administrative proceedings. Her approach combines thorough legal analysis with practical commercial insight to deliver effective and efficient outcomes for clients.
Beyond dispute resolution, Putri advises on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and project financing. She regularly assists domestic and multinational clients in navigating regulatory requirements and provides well-founded legal opinions to support strategic business decisions.
Prior to joining PSHP Adrem Law, Putri served as Legal Counsel at one of Indonesia’s largest mining contractor companies, where she handled corporate secretarial matters and compliance oversight across the head office, support office, and more than 20 project sites. She regularly advised senior management on a wide range of operational legal issues, and was involved in the development of carbon projects and the implementation of ESG initiatives.
She also held an in-house legal role at an education technology startup, where she developed a strong commercial mindset and practical understanding of business operations.
Putri graduated from Padjadjaran University in 2019 and is a registered member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia – PERADI) and the Indonesian Mining Legal Consultants Association (PERKHAPPI).
