We are pleased to share our latest involvement supporting Sweef Capital, through its Southeast Asia Women’s Economic Empowerment Fund, in its investment in Vilo Gelato, an Indonesian leading ice-cream brand with numerous outlets widely available across Indonesia.2

The signing of the transaction documents took place on December 1, 2023 and this investment is strategically poised to catalyze the mission of Vilo Gelato in creating more value in the Indonesian F&B industry by integrating women into its supply chain and fostering employment opportunities. This objective aligns with Sweef Capital’s core values emphasizing a commitment to gender equality, decent work, sustainable production, and positive community. This investment is also anticipated to yield further positive impacts within the Indonesian community.
