We are pleased to share the recent success of our Litigation & Alternative Dispute Resolution team in representing a multi-national steel manufacturer in a shareholder dispute involving its Indonesian Joint Venture Company (“JV Company”).

Led by Ellrico P. Situmorang with the full support of our Associates, Panji Satria Utama and Giantama Gariantka, the PSHP Law team managed to assist the client in defending its rights. Despite heavy pushback from the counterpart, PSHP Law successfully guided the parties to reach an amicable settlement and to encourage all high-profile shareholders of the JV Company to act in accordance with the previously-agreed Joint Venture Agreement.
